Terms and conditions for Silver Membership

We're so happy that you've made the commitment to yourself and to being part of our community. Please take note of the terms and conditions - these help us run our small business and allow us to keep providing a great experience for members like you! The terms and conditions are considered accepted when the first payment towards this membership is processed.

BILLING DATE & COMMITMENT TO PAY: Memberships are auto-billed monthly based on the day of the month your plan starts and are valid only at the DivaDance franchise location where you signed up. I acknowledge that the payment method I am using will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire commitment period and for every month it remains active thereafter. If for any reason my payment is declined, I will promptly provide an alternative, valid payment method. I understand that I am bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon membership billing date.

Members are subject to the class late cancellation and no show policy. Memberships are not valid for workshops or programs and they are non-transferable (your friend can’t come using your membership!). Terms, conditions and rate subject to change.

RENEWAL: Membership auto-bills monthly based on the commitment length of your plan (e.g. 3 month commitment, then it auto-renews month-to-month). Email us before the end of your commitment to understand your membership renewal options.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel after your membership commitment period is met, email houston@divadancecompany.com at least 2 weeks prior to your next bill date. Please note that we cannot process membership cancellations submitted via text, phone, or social media message - you must send an email to houston@divadancecompany.com. If you request to cancel prior to meeting your membership commitment, there will be an early cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining time commitment value or $149, whichever is less.

HOLDS: You may put your membership on hold for up to 1 month, and a $20 hold fee will apply. This will maintain your membership rate and waive a sign-up fee to re-join.

REFUNDS: You may cancel for any reason during the first 10 days from your first class and receive a refund on the membership fee paid for your first month - subject to the completion of 3 classes within first 10 days of taking classes. Sign-up fees are non-refundable at any time. Following the 10 day money back guarantee period, all sales are final including memberships, passes, workshops, programs, and apparel - no refunds will be provided.
