Gold Membership Plan $67 every month • Unlimited visits • Our Gold Membership is a 3 month commitment that lets you slay all day, slay all month with unlimited access to our regular drop-in classes.

You'll never look at your office or dining chair the same again! While our chair routines may border on NSFW, they are sure to release your innermost confident self with sexy chair moves and fierce floor work that would make Beyoncé proud. Hair flips required, heels optional. (Some classes may include choreo that requires a top layer that you can remove, but not to worry 'cause we keep it classy.)
