Join us in-studio for a 90-min workshop with more focus on heels dancing for an empowering experience to learn a fierce, sexy choreo to Pussycat Dolls “Don’t Cha!” We’re making it XXXTRA Dirty Heels with Removal Layers to wear an extra, loose button-down shirt that you can take off and swing around (don’t worry no nudity - we keep it classy)!
All DivaDance classes start with community time to get to know the squad and kick off with a high energy warmup / stretch. Our instructor will review the technique topic of the day, then you'll get sexy and sweaty while you learn a low-impact cardio dance choreo routine featuring original, fierce choreography influenced by your favorite music videos and popular songs. Before we finish off with a sexy cool down, you'll have the chance to cheer on your fellow dancers and capture video of the routine on your phone. After class, join our private Facebook group to get access to your group's video (participation in the video is totally optional).
Note that our heels workshop invites you to wear heels or heeled boots for sexier choreo that emphasizes body positivity and confidence (and lots of horology)! No heels? No problem!
